Starting Over

Well even though I had lost some pounds by eating better and what not, I wasn't really getting the results I wanted just doing my exercises at home. I contemplated going to the gym, but I'm really not a gym person, I'd rather run outside or something like that, but my neighborhood is definately not one I feel safe running in alone. Me and Mark can't go together because our schedules vary so much that it just doesn't work out.
So I went on a search.
I ended up at target in the workout section and I foudn this pilates video, I've heard good things abotu pilates, so I decided to try it. The video was ten bucks and it came with a pilates band (purple btw =D, this may have helped encourage my decision lol), it is a series of 5, 10 minutes workouts, each targeting a different area of the body: lower, upper, abs, total body, and flexibility.
I also treated myself to a new sports bra (sexy hot pink) and workout pants, while I was there to help boost my mood about doing the exercise everyday.
Anyway, I tried it this morning, just the abs one to see how it was going to work out and I LOVE IT. After I get off work tonight I am going to go do the full 50 minute session, but after jsut the first 10 minutes of the abs one, mine were on fiiiire, it felt great.
I really think this will help get the results I want, and I'm still determined to be in the shape I want to be by my birthday =) , also halloween so that the costume I get looks awesome on me!
I found one online that I really like and it's only 30 bucks so thats not too horrible =), Just going to be a girl from the 60's.
On another note, the auction for the forclosed house is tomorrow morning, I'm excited to hear the results from dad, I'll be waiting for his call! And even if the auction falls through, we have 2 other houses that we can put offers in on, that are pretty much move-in ready. So either way I'm hoping we'll be set with one of these houses, I was begining to think we wouldn't ahve a place to live here soon! haha! Naw, mom and dad wouldn't let that happen =D, they love me too much, even though I bug them =P.

79 days left in Rapid City (aka Rapid Shitty) South Dakota.... Florida here I come =D, I miss all my friends UBER much =(!!
Sheila, I will consume your life when you come back, this you can count on, I havn't had a decent shopping buddy since we moved! Mark only tells me that "it's ok" or "I don't like it" and of course all he likes are t-shirts, tank-tops and jeans SO I have a closet full of that..lol, I'm in need of a girl's day out!

96 days until I come home!

Okay so YAY some progresssss

Weight Officially 130.5 XD
GO AMBER!
Am I gunna celebrate tonight, hell yes, well that is if mark wants to go out lol.
As far as measurements go this week, not too much change really, just like a quarter inch here and there, so I'm not gunna post that we'll save it for next friday when I can show more progress =)

So there's only 96 days till I come home, can't waaaait! It's gunna be so NICE to leave here in the middle of winter, everyone is jealous of us. They can't believe we managed to get away with only being here a year!
Still waiting on mark's TDY payment to come in, but he checked on it and they said soon so woot! Yay for paying off all our furniture, and prolly getting new pots and pans with it as well. (thanks for the set mom, but they are old and everything sticks to them lol)
I started school wednesday nights now, NOT the most fun class...and my teacher is talking about group projects, that's like my mortal enemy...group projects *shivers*.
Oh and I have to work saturdays at work now because no one else wants to so go figure it automatically gets put on Amber >.<
Along with all the other work no one wants to do so that my filing piles up and just sits there and I can't file, and so then when I DO get to it, it takes me all night to do...not cool.
Anyway I'm done complaining, I'm down another 4 pounds WOOOOT :3!!!

Lost track of days..

Okay so , I knwo one day late in posting, but I was busy yesterday, so sue me =p

Anywaaaay..
Here's the verdict!
I am down to 135lbs wooo go me =D
However, no measurements this week because I was sick for a few days and I didn't really get to do toning workouts.
So starting Monday morning toning time! 
And as for tonight, just chilling with mark and a few of his friends, so I need to get going!

Day 1

So today is day one, because we totally didn't go grocery shopping yesterday lol. Anywho I think I did good so far, had oatmeal for breakfast, sandwich for lunch with grapes. Tomorrow morning I start my workout routine...wooo so excited >.>

Haha Okay well we're going to a friends for din din so off until Monday!

Okay. So, I have decided that in order to keep up with my workout routine and attempts to get my "problem" areas in shape, that I need to create a blog, or something of the sort.
I've tried a few times to just keep going myself but then something always comes up and I end up just never going back to what I started, so here I figure if I have some followers that read/check up on me, that it will help me keep on track!
Because if I don't stay on track, you need to yell at me!

Anywho, this is my goal,
Since I've moved to god-awful South Dakota I've gained about 15 pounds. I do not want this! Lol, of course who does?!
So starting tomorrow (because that is when I go grocery shopping) I am going to start eating healthier, and doing a daily workout to simply tone up a bit and get rid of my rolls and love-handles.
I dont really need to go back down a whole 15 pounds, I am happy where I am, I just wish to tone up and create a firmer nicer body. SO as of today Friday August 27th, I am setting a goal to be where I want to be by my birthday October 23rd.

So here's my starting stats ( yes I'm going to post my weight for the world to see EEK!)
Weight:: 136.5lbs
Waist:: 31in
Tummy:: 33in
Hips:: 38in
Thighs:: 21.5in

Ooookay I so did not want to post that for the world to see but I am and this is how I will keep on track!

Day 1 starts tomorrow, and I think I will just do measurements once a week, so that means next Friday I will post them again! Wish me luck!
